In April of 2021, construction and technical installations were completed on our brand-new, 10,000 square foot facility—ideally located in relation to California’s “Emerald Triangle” to facilitate both intake and distribution of cannabis products, state-wide. Starting from a clean slate with this “big box” commercial property, Bango was able to carefully consider production workflow from the onset of architectural planning, thus realizing a facility custom-built for ideal cannabis production practices.

Flower intake is facilitated through our massive delivery bay, with a hyper-secure, integral quarantine cage for temporary storage of flower stock not intended for immediate processing. From there, the room-by-room internal layout of the facility is arranged for a physical flow-of-product that progresses from our expertly-outfitted trim room, to our testing hold, and finally to our sorting/pre-roll manufacturing/product packing space, and finally back to the delivery bay in a perfect circle. Physically central to this loop is our “captains bay” where our production management team keeps track of the action in all surrounding rooms by way of large bay windows onto each space.
